I just wanted to send you this brief note to express my thanks to you and your staff for a job well done. This was a big undertaking for me and my family and I'm not always the most patient person or the easiest to please (that's probably hard for you to believe)! However, you made our experience an enjoyable one and we are quite pleased with the results. Please pass on to your staff  my thanks for their efforts on our behalf.
